Aika Wellness pohjautuu intialaiseen lääketieteeseen, ayurvedaan. Sarjan perustaja, Eranthi Bonney, on kasvanut ayurvedisen kehokäsityksen keskellä: hänen lapsuudessaan Sri Lankassa perhettä hoidettiin ayurvedisin yrtein ja öljyin, ja säännölliset kokovartalohieronnat ja kehon öljyäminen olivat osa terveyden ylläpitoa. Aikan tuotteissa käytetään puhtaita, prosessoimattomia raaka-aineita, jotka ovat luomusertifioituja. Tuotteet valmistetaan Australiassa.
